All prices are for 2 people per room, unless otherwise stated.

Single room: £35 - £45

Standard twin/double room: £55 - £65

En-suite twin/double room: £70 - £80

Single room En-suite: £50 - £60

Additional occupants are charged at:
Adults per night - £20.00 min - £30.00 max
Children per night - £10.00 min - £15.00 max

Terms and conditions

Smoking Policy

In the interest of comfort and safety of our guests, we have a strict non-smoking policy.  Non compliance or damage caused by tampering with the smoke detectors will result in a liability to repair such items, as well as a charge for professional cleaning of the room.

Check in/out times

Check-in:       2.30pm

Check-out:  10.30 am

If you require check in/out times other than stated, please advise us in advance and we will try our best to accommodate your request.  Please also inform us as soon possible if your check in time will be after 5pm.

Payment

It is our policy to request payment upon arrival as through experience we have learned that most guests benefit from minimal disruption during breakfast and find check out easier and quicker on the day of departure.

Payment is accepted by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch).  We also accept cheque and/or cash. 

To confirm a reservation, a deposit is required by any of the above methods.

  

2 Nights minimum on Weekends

Weekends are very busy in Bath with a shortage of rooms in most B&B's and hotels.  It seems that almost everyone in the world wants to be in Bath on Saturday, and statistics have shown that to get the most out of our city, people opt for 2 nights.  This, therefore creates a lack of availability of rooms.  Early weekend booking will ensure that you have the best accommodation.

  

Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 72 hours notice which will incur an administration fee of £20.00.  Less that 72 hours notice will incur the cost of the first night's stay.

Our cancellation policy is based on normal legal practice within the UK whereby proprietors of a hotel or guest house have a legal right to claim or to be reimbursed for any loss resulting from cancellation or no show.  This is only applied in the event that we are unable to re-let the relevant accommodation in the time available. 

In such circumstances we make a charge of the overall costs concerned, whether contracted verbally or in writing.  Cancellation procedure requires 3 days written notice.
